Position Summary:

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling the appropriate healthcare providers for CareAll’s patients.


Ensures compliance of agency operations with Federal, State and local rules and regulations relative to assignment of personnel

Schedules patients according to Physician’s orders and insurance approval

Staffs patient’s timely after admission and authorization

Evaluates functions and helps to establish standard operating procedures

Ensures visits are assigned to appropriate staff

Maintains confidentiality of patient/client information

Participates in special projects as needed


  • Associate Degree in office administration, business administration or related field or one-two (1-2) years’ experience in medical business office procedures with high school diploma/GED
  • Previous home health experience is preferred
  • Ability to communicate verbal and written instructions effectively
  • Ability to organize work effectively and efficiently
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen
